I called for the OMG Locksmith service for my lock problems. Mr. Joshua immediately responded to it. Came for a visit to my house the following day. Inspected everything and excellently diagnosed the problem. Suggested a few parts to be purchased and accordingly ordered them immediately. As soon as the parts arrived, he called me and scheduled a time to visit me to fix the lock. As soon as he reached my home, he started to work tirelessly. After about two hours of continuous and sincere efforts, he fixed my door lock. I have no words to thank him. Fast, professional, friendly service. We got locked out of our house in the early morning, but Joshua came to the rescue. Came within 10 minutes, and unlocked our door with no damage to the lockset. Thank you!
