I needed a car key with chip made from scratch for my locked car. I had no spare key. Joshua picked up the call immediately and was understanding and professional. He patiently listened to my issue (I was a bit flustered) and understood that because I had no idea what part of my car my keys were in (or maybe not in car at all), that I needed a car key copy, not just my doors unlocked. He calmly quoted me his price over the phone even before he showed up, and his price quote was entirely accurate. That rarely happens with service calls for anything, anymore, it feels like. So, I was pleased with his honesty and customer service. He also told me the timeframe he would show up and was punctual. He helped me open my doors at no extra charge (other company I called would have charged me $30/door) and let me look for my key while he cut a new key for me (with chip) and it was very quick and easy. He also gave me some tips on which key would work best, which to keep as spare, how to keep track of it, etc. He cares about his clients. Thank you so much for being extremely helpful, patient, reliable, and considerate. Seriously would recommend this specific locksmith to anyone who needed a locksmith; far better than any other locksmith I've dealt with. I really appreciate the help and the wonderful attitude this person had.

The guy who provided us with the services was very very very professional he handled our Dodge Grand Caravan which was the year 2010 as well as my own hobby car which was a 1995 Pontiac Bonneville managed to disassemble all the Plastics and go through all the circuits and the price was amazing the dealer wanted around $1,000 and the guy took only 350. I looked online for all my possibilities and everything was ending going to a dealer and paying Up full price I was lucky enough that someone forwarded me his number. I didn't want to pay full price for the dealership and I had to go through to other people before I found this guy highly recommend.

Josh was great. Made a key fob and programmed extra key. Had bought a vehicle without a fob and second key wasn’t programmed. Very fair price and excellent service.
